At Red Fox, we believe organic is better. Better taste, better nutrition, and better for our environment. With no chemical pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers, our fruits and vegetables are just as good for the Earth as they are for your body. We work to preserve our ecosystems, selling only what we grow through sustainable farming techniques that will actually increase the nutritional value of our produce.
Our fruits and vegetables taste better because they’ve had time to absorb all the natural flavor from uninhibited soil. While produce from grocery stores are usually harvested when they’re unripe and begin to ripen in transit to their final destination.
Locally-grown, organic foods are healthier for our bodies because they are free from harmful pesticides, chemicals, and fertilizers. Organically grown foods provide a significantly greater amount of iron, vitamin C, magnesium, phosphorus, and antioxidants than other foods.
Growing organically is naturally better for the soil, ecosystems, and environment in general. We use minimal tillage practices that don’t disturb the ecosystem’s natural environments, utilizing covered crops in the winter to prevent soil erosion and adding nutrients back in the soil in the spring.
We want you to know exactly where your food comes from and who raises it. You shouldn’t have to rely on foreign organic stickers of questionable origin or domestic organics produced with cruel and unsanitary factory farming practices.
As a local, veteran-owned business, we provide economic support to our local community every day. The purpose of this farm is to give back to the community, the environment, and provide healthy produce for people to improve their quality of life.
